Three University of Wyoming employees were selected to the latest “20 Under 40” class that recognizes Laramie’s top young professionals.
They are Brian Harnisch, a senior research scientist at the Wyoming Survey and Analysis Center; Jenny Petty, director of enrollment marketing for UW Institutional Marketing; and Kyle Spradley, a photographer and videographer for UW Institutional Marketing.
The fourth annual “20 Under 40” class, sponsored by the Laramie Young Professionals and the Laramie Boomerang, is a selection of local residents who connect with the Laramie community on a “deep level, going beyond professional and personal achievement.” Recipients of the honor are nominated based on their demonstrated commitment to hard work, philanthropy, stewardship and a positive future for the Laramie community.
Laramie Young Professionals engage more young professionals within Laramie, while also helping to build bridges between “exceptional individuals and organizations well positioned to steer Laramie to a prosperous tomorrow.” The group’s goal is to help retain, recruit and grow even more local talent, and create more opportunities for people to get involved and make a lasting impact in the Laramie community.
