Six University of Wyoming Department of Music faculty members will present their first spring concert virtually Sunday, Feb. 21.

They will present “From Our Hearts to Yours” at 3 p.m. The free concert can be accessed online at https://youtu.be/quuwlV9i_Xg.

UW faculty performers will be Theresa Bogard, piano; John Fadial, violin; Ben Markley, piano; James Przygocki, viola; Beth Vanderborgh, cello; and David Wharton, trumpet. The program will feature a potpourri of pieces the faculty members hope patrons enjoy in these times of social distancing.

Among the selections to be performed are “Siete Canciones Populares Españolas” by Manuel de Falla; jazz standards “Old Folks” and “We’ll Be Together Again”; works from Rebecca Clarke and Louise Farrenc; and 4 African Dances, Op. 58 by composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor.
