With the fourth and final candidate for the position of vice president for research and economic development giving a public presentation today (Monday), the search committee encourages input on the finalists from members of the University of Wyoming community.
The candidates are Danny Dale, an associate dean in arts and sciences at UW; Jayne Billmayer Morrow, assistant vice president for research and economic development at Montana State University; Parag Chitnis, associate director for programs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture; and Beth Plale, executive director of the Pervasive Technology Institute at Indiana University-Bloomington.
Plale’s public presentation is today from 3-3:30 p.m., followed by 30 minutes for questions and answers. It will take place at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center, where in-person attendance of no more than 75 people will be allowed.
