The University of Wyoming Department of Music will offer double reed instrument master classes starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 2, in the Buchanan Center for the Performing Arts recital hall.
Double Reed Day is free and open to the public. A final concert, featuring chamber music, solos and participants from Double Reed Day, will be performed at 3 p.m. in the recital hall.
UW Department of Music faculty members Jennifer Stucki, oboe, and Kaori Uno-Jack, bassoon; and guest artists from the Colorado Symphony, Nicholas Tisherman, second/assistant principal oboe, and Tristan Rennie, second/assistant principal bassoon, will lead the final concert.
