The University of Wyoming’s Political Science Club and Criminal Justice Club will host candidates for Albany County clerk and sheriff in two debates Thursday, Oct. 20.

The debates will take place from 6-8 p.m. in the UW College of Business’ Scarlett Auditorium.

Facing off in the county clerk debate at 6 p.m. will be Republican Sue Reding and Democrat Kayla White.

At 7 p.m., the sheriff’s candidate debate will feature Democratic incumbent Aaron Appelhans and Republican Joel Senior.

The Political Science Club and the Criminal Justice Club are recognized student organizations at UW.
