Small-business owners can learn how to grow their companies through market research Thursday, May 11.
Kayley Harrison will present a Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network webinar titled “How to Use Market Research to Find and Reach Your Ideal Customers” from 2-3 p.m. To register, go here. Registration is free.
The Wyoming SBDC Network offers business expertise to help Wyoming residents think about, launch, grow, reinvent or exit their business. The Wyoming SBDC Network is hosted by the University of Wyoming with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council and funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
This webinar will help small-business owners learn how they can better understand their current customers, find new customers and effectively reach them both. Topics that will be explored are ideal customer profiles, psychographics and demographics, watering holes, effective marketing strategies and Wyoming SBDC Network Market Research Center services.
The presentation will primarily be through the lens of the Market Research Center and the no-cost research it provides to businesses throughout the state. The Market Research Center specializes in providing any Wyoming business with access to advanced marketing information that was previously available only to a few of the largest corporations.
“I’ll discuss the tools we use, the questions we answer and how we can help you spend less time and money on customers who are not interested in your product or service,” says Harrison, a market researcher who serves clients throughout the state through the Market Research Center.
Harrison’s expertise includes digital marketing and social media.
