Ethical Leadership Showcase Week, a weeklong series of events designed to engage University of Wyoming students and the business community in meaningful discussions about ethical leadership, is Oct. 9-14.
UW’s Center for Principle-Based Leadership and Ethics is offering a diverse range of opportunities for attendees to explore and enhance their understanding of ethical leadership principles. All events are free, but registration is required due to limited seating capacity.

Events scheduled are:
-- Monday, Oct. 9, noon-1:30 p.m.: Rapid-fire ethics case competition, UW College of Business Green Johnson Student Success Center. This is a competition in which students can test their ethical decision-making skills. Lunch will be served.
-- Tuesday, Oct. 10, 5-7:30 p.m.: Etiquette dinner, Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. Learn the finer points of etiquette and networking during the event. The evening begins with a networking hour, followed by dinner. Participants must register in advance -- seating is limited. Business casual attire is appropriate for the event.
-- Wednesday, Oct. 11, 5:30-7 p.m.: Presentation by Corey Ciocchetti titled “Be a Leader You Will Follow,” UW College of Business Scarlett Auditorium. Ciocchetti will share his insights on ethical leadership. Pizza will be served, and attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking discussion.
-- Thursday, Oct. 12, 5:30-6:30 p.m.: Ethical leadership panel discussion, UW College of Business Building, Room 123. The panel will feature experts discussing a variety of topics related to ethical principles. Sandwiches will be provided.
-- Saturday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.: The Big Event, location to be announced. This is an opportunity for participants to make a positive impact on the community. The Big Event, hosted by UW’s Service, Leadership and Community Engagement program, is a day of service and community engagement.
