World Champion Drum and Bugle Corps to Perform at UW Sunday

The University of Wyoming will host the Blue Devils Drum and Bugle Corps Sunday, June 16, as the group performs its 2024 program, “The Romantics.”

Sunday’s performance is free and open to the public and will take place at War Memorial Stadium at 7 p.m. Merchandise will be available for purchase, and the community is invited to stay following the performance for a meet-and-greet.

The Blue Devils are a competitive marching music ensemble based in Concord, Calif. The group has made Laramie its home for spring training and is excited to perform for the community before embarking on a cross-country competitive tour.

The Blue Devils have won 21 Drum Corps International world championships -- more than any other drum and bugle corps. The Blue Devils won their most recent world championship in 2023.
