The University of Wyoming is planning a collaborative hiring activity with Wyoming state government, aimed at connecting current students with valuable internship opportunities and showcasing rewarding careers within state government.
This effort underscores the commitment of both institutions to retain talented UW graduates within the state, filling key roles in various state departments and agencies.
The schedule is as follows:
-- Monday-Thursday, Oct. 21-24: Tabling and academic college-specific events will take place at locations across the UW campus.
-- Wednesday, Oct. 23: A panel discussion, “How to Apply for State Jobs with Advice from Hiring Managers,” is scheduled at 4 p.m. in Room 1062 of the Engineering Building.
-- Friday, Oct. 25: An all-department career fair is planned from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Wyoming Union West and Center ballrooms.
