UW Law Students Chosen as Guest Journal Editors

Two University of Wyoming College of Law students have been selected for guest editorships with a well-known legal journal.

Tyler Bradshaw, of Newton, Ala., and Ryan Killpack, of Laramie, have been given positions with the Texas Review of Law & Politics (TROLP). The journal is known for publishing liberty-oriented articles.

“Congratulations to Ryan Killpack and Tyler Bradshaw for earning positions with TROLP,” says Professor George Mocsary, who serves as a mentor for the students. “Both men are exceptional students, and I know they will make the University of Wyoming College of Law proud as they work to see that insightful articles on current events in our nation and world are published.”

Bradshaw is a second-year law student who attended Auburn University and earned a degree in political science from Georgia Southern University. He also was the director of engineering at C&H Precision Weapons from 2018-2021. His law school interests include gun rights, First Amendment issues, constitutional law and international law. He is a team captain in the Philips C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and a member of the Federalist Society.

Killpack also is a second-year law student who received his bachelor’s degree from UW’s College of Business in finance. His law school interests are First and Second Amendment issues, business planning, estate planning, blockchain technologies and artificial intelligence.
