Manufacturing professionals will have an opportunity to connect with other manufacturing companies.
IMPACT 307, a University of Wyoming program, will host “Strengthening the Wyoming Manufacturing Network” Thursday, April 17, from noon-1:30 p.m. in Room 104 of the Wyoming Technology Business Center.
This one-hour presentation, followed by 30 minutes of optional networking, is designed for manufacturing companies to actively build their Wyoming networks; to reflect on the power of networking; and explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of the manufacturing industry.
Panelists include Brad Enzi, president and CEO of the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance; Jim Wilkinson, president and CEO of Wilkinson Tactical Achieve Systems; David Curry, manager of the Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Center at Laramie County Community College (LCCC); Rocky Case, director of Manufacturing Works; Abhay Grover, an assistant professor of supply chain management in the UW College of Business; and Maria Jenks, an assistant lecturer of supply chain management in the UW College of Business.
There will be 30 minutes of optional networking limited to virtual attendees from 1-1:30 p.m.
IMPACT 307 is UW’s business incubator that supports the growth of startup incubator
clients and webinar attendees. IMPACT 307 is hosting this event as part of its mission
to boost entrepreneurs with resources and knowledge needed to succeed.
The event is free, but an RSVP is required via QR code or here. In-person and webinar attendance options are available. Lunch will be provided for
a maximum of 40 in-person guests. The Business Studio at LCCC, High Altitude Manufacturing
Partnership and Manufacturing Works are the luncheon sponsors.
Free parking is available in the two-hour section in the southwest corner of the adjacent
Red Lot or on the street north of the Wyoming Technology Business Center, located
at 1938 E. Harney St.
