The Wyoming SBDC Network offers business expertise to help Wyoming residents think about, launch, grow, reinvent or exit their business. The Wyoming SBDC Network is hosted by the University of Wyoming with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council and funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The hands-on, interactive webinar covers the fundamentals of angel investing, including understanding what angel investors look for; how to craft a compelling pitch; and building relationships with potential investors. Participants will learn how to assess their businesses’ readiness for funding; identify and connect with angel networks; and navigate the investment process from valuation to deal negotiation. With case studies, expert insights and practical exercises, this workshop equips small-business owners to confidently pursue angel investment opportunities to fuel their growth.
Unsal, an adviser on venture investing for Tambourine Innovation Ventures, has extensive experience in the technology entrepreneurship, investment and development sectors. He is president of Smyrna Capital and has invested in more than 45 startups in technology, renewable energy and other opportunistic business sectors.
