The University of Wyoming Board of Trustees will receive reports on UW’s Elk Mountain Observatory, the Tier-1 Engineering Initiative and the College of Agriculture, Life Sciences and Natural Resources during the board’s regular meeting Wednesday-Friday, Nov. 19-21.
The meeting will take place at the Marian H. Rochelle Gateway Center. Public sessions of the board and its committees may be observed by the public at https://wyolinks.uwyo.edu/2025/TrusteesNov25.
Committees of the board will meet Wednesday in several rooms of the Gateway Center, starting with the Facilities Contracting Committee at 8 a.m.
Thursday’s meeting of the full board will begin with an executive session at 8 a.m. The public session is scheduled to start at 10:15 a.m.
The board will accept public testimony on any topics at 11 a.m. Thursday. The updates on the College of Agriculture, Tier-1 Engineering and the observatory are scheduled to follow the public comment period.
The Board of Trustees will conduct a joint session with the Energy Resources Council Friday at 7:30 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn.
An executive session is scheduled at 9 a.m. Friday at the Gateway Center, with the board’s business meeting expected to start at 10:15 a.m., including an update on UW’s presidential search.
