Startup professionals will have an opportunity to learn how to take better control
of various aspects of their businesses.
IMPACT 307, the University of Wyoming’s business incubator, will host a Startup Lunch
and Learn webinar titled “Get a Grip on Your Business!” Wednesday, Dec. 10, from noon-1
p.m. in Rooms 104 and 106 of the Wyoming Technology Business Center.
Justin Boling, entrepreneurial operating system (EOS) implementer at EOS Worldwide,
will lead the one-hour presentation. During the session, Boling will discuss the six
key components of the EOS; provide a breakdown of how the EOS helps leaders gain clarity,
accountability and alignment; discuss real-world examples of companies overcoming
challenges, such as lack of control, people issues, inconsistent profit and stalled
growth; and share practical tools businesses can start using immediately to strengthen
how they run their companies.
IMPACT 307 is hosting this event as part of its mission to connect founders with resources
and programming to help them become effective, efficient and networked entrepreneurs.
The event is free, but an RSVP is required here. In-person and webinar attendance options are available. Lunch will be provided for
a maximum of 40 in-person guests.
Free parking is available in the two-hour section in the southwest corner of the adjacent
