Veteran-owned small businesses, entrepreneurs and startups will have an opportunity to learn how to obtain federal government contracting during a webinar Wednesday, Jan. 14.

The Wyoming APEX Accelerator will sponsor “Veterans: Learning to do Business in the Government Marketplace,” a webinar scheduled noon-1 p.m. To register, go here.

Wyoming APEX Accelerator, part of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network housed at the University of Wyoming, is the state’s expert in government contracting assistance.

During the webinar, attendees will learn how veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses can obtain contracts with the federal government. The webinar will provide a step-by-step guide to the official certification process; how to use status to stand out and secure federal contracts; and access to specialized resources curated specifically for veteran entrepreneurs.
