The University of Wyoming is accepting nominations for the fifth cohort of the Wyoming
Teacher Mentor Corps.
This program is designed to support excellence in mentorship for Wyoming educators
and develop a community of educator fellows who can support one another and those
who are new to the field.
Nominations are invited for Wyoming K-12 teachers who are committed to their professional
growth and development as well as the growth and development of other professional
educators. Additionally, nominees should have the ability to work collaboratively
with large groups, be able to manage their commitments and balance their work and
lives.
The nomination form is available here. Once a nomination is received by UW, a message will be sent to the nominated individual
inviting them to accept the nomination. Additionally, an email will be sent to the
nominee’s principal/immediate supervisor inviting them to provide feedback on the
individual’s capability and availability to serve as a mentor fellow in the Wyoming
Teacher Mentor Corps.
The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 4:30 p.m.
