The University of Wyoming football team has partnered with “Get in the Game” to encourage
people to sign up and register as potential donors in the National Marrow Donor Program
(NMDP).
Team members and others will be in the Wyoming Union breezeway from 10:30 a.m.-3:30
p.m. Tuesday, April 28, to register donors for potential blood stem cell transplants.
It is a simple swabbing process and takes little time to register.
Members of the campus NMDP program and a full-time NMDP staffer will be on hand to
educate and assist in the event, which is organized by Joe Caulfield, UW’s associate
athletics director for football operations.
