The event, an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of UW staff members who make the campus
community thrive, will take place noon-2 p.m. in the ballroom and Family Room at the
Wyoming Union.
The awards and years of service ceremony will begin at 12:30 p.m.; years of service
awards can be picked up between noon and 2 p.m.

from noon-12:30 p.m. and 1:15-2 p.m.

will be raffled off. As part of a campus food drive, participants who bring three
nonperishable items will receive one extra ticket from noon-1:30 p.m. Winners will
be announced at 1:45 p.m. on the main stage. Participants must be present to win.

The UW Staff Senate invites employees to take time to relax, connect with colleagues
and celebrate the amazing work happening across campus. “Swag bags” are available
to the first 600 staff members in attendance.
Employees are encouraged to attend. All staff will receive 1.5 hours of release time to participate.
