University of Wyoming students, staff and faculty are invited to participate in the
UW Innovation Network’s short survey on makerspace access and learning experiences.
The survey is part of an approved research study examining how makerspaces support
creativity, skill development and confidence, as well as identifying any barriers
to participation. Feedback from the campus community will help improve access to tools,
materials and support services across UW makerspaces.
The survey is institutional review board-approved, will take about 8-12 minutes to
complete and is open to everyone over the age of 18. Participation is voluntary and
anonymous.
The survey will be open until Friday, May 22, at midnight. To take the survey, visit
its webpage.
“Your input will directly support the continued growth and accessibility of makerspaces
at UW,” organizers say.
For more information, call Jane Crayton, makerspace coordinator, at (307) 766-2043 or email jcrayton@uwyo.edu.
