Small-business owners, entrepreneurs and startups will have an opportunity to learn how to understand the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III and its impact on contracting opportunities Friday, Aug. 21.

The subject will be discussed during a Wyoming APEX Accelerator webinar titled “DPA Title III: Government Contracting and Funding Opportunities” from 10-11 a.m. To register, go here. Registration is free. The webinar is hosted by the Utah APEX Accelerator.

Wyoming APEX Accelerator, part of the Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network housed at the University of Wyoming, is the state’s expert in government contracting assistance.

Title III of the DPA provides the federal government with tools to support and expand domestic industrial capabilities critical to national defense.

The session will cover the fundamentals of DPA Title III, including funding opportunities, eligibility criteria and how small businesses can leverage these programs to grow their government contracting footprints.
