UW Staff Senate Announces Open Call for 2026 Holiday Market Vendors

The University of Wyoming’s Staff Senate Holiday Market is seeking vendors for this year’s event that will be held Monday, Nov. 16, at the UW Conference Center located within the Hilton Garden Inn in Laramie. The event will run from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
Vendors are encouraged to share their creations, unique gifts, handmade goods, artwork, treats, food and other goodies. The window for registering as a vendor closes Friday, Sept. 25, but may close earlier if spaces fill.
For the second year in a row, there also will be outdoor spaces available and a variety of food trucks. The market also will be held earlier this year to accommodate a more proactive holiday shopping schedule.
