for the Wyoming ADN-prepared RN who graduated before implementation of ReNEW
RN-BSN Entry is for associate degree or diploma-prepared licensed RNs. Those RNs prepared through Wyoming ReNEW ADN programs should pursue ReNEW Entry. The program is delivered nationwide with no on-campus time required. All programs offered by the University of Wyoming Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and approved by the Wyoming State Board of Nursing.
The implementation of the Higher Education Act – State Authorization has affected the admission of out-of-state students in the Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing RN-BSN Completion, and students from certain states may not be admitted to that BSN program. For information and a list of the states, please click in the following link:
Students Residing Outside United States of America
The Fay W. Whitney School of Nursing RN-BSN Completion is not accepting applications from students residing outside the United States of America at this time unless the student is active military or a dependent of active military personnel, is assigned to a U.S. military base, and has an active unencumbered U.S. nursing license.
