Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well! We are excited to announce that the application for our St. Luke’s Nurse Residency Program (STAR) is now open to Spring/Summer 2026 graduates to apply.

This year, we are implementing a more focused selection process. Unlike in past years, interviews will be by invitation only. After initial phone interviews, selected applicants will be invited to participate in interviews during the week of November 10th, 2025.  For students to be considered for the interviewing events they need to apply by October 15, 2025.  During this interview period we do anticipate filling the majority of our Spring/Summer openings.

For more information and to apply, please direct students to our job posting here:

Treasure Valley applicants: https://bit.ly/STARtvSpring2026

Magic Valley applicants: https://bit.ly/STARmvSpring2026

Our team will be visiting many campuses throughout the month of September to meet students, share more about the program, and answer any questions they may have. We’re truly looking forward to connecting with students in person! We kindly ask that you encourage your students to attend our on-campus presentations and submit their applications. These sessions are a great way to learn more about what sets our residency apart and how we support new nurses during their transition into practice.

I have attached STAR Residency Information, if you have any additional questions, please let me know.

Thank you for your continued partnership in helping new nurses launch their careers successfully.
