RNs needed for Inpatient Rehab facility in Bakersfield, CA and Boise, ID – We provide 6 weeks of orientation to new grads!

We are hiring RNs for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Bakersfield, CA and Boise, ID.  Use your skills within our inpatient rehabilitation setting to provide the nursing perspective and attention to detail that our highly specialized, integrated team approach requires.  As a registered nurse you’ll be the connection between compassionate care and the real, positive results your patients are striving to achieve.

We have a Nurse Educator who will provide approximately 6 weeks of orientation for new grads to obtain additional learning.

Established in 2023 with funding from the Ivinson Memorial Hospital Foundation, our Classroom to Career Program was developed to address the critical recruitment needs of our hospital, while supporting future healthcare professionals in their educational endeavors.


We are currently accepting applications for students who are studying the following:

·        Nursing (ADN & BSN)

·        Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLT & MSL)

·        Radiography

·        Sonography

·        Respiratory Therapy


Financial Awards + Commitments

·        Associate’s Level Education: $5,000 – 2 year commitment to employment at Ivinson upon graduation

·        Bachelor’s Level Education: $10,000 – 3 year commitment to employment at Ivinson upon graduation


Each education award is matched with a sign-on bonus once employment at Ivinson begins.


Applications are now open to students graduating in Spring 2024. The deadline to apply is March 10, 2023.
