I am supporting some hospital-based RN positions in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota—spanning a variety of units, trauma levels, and hospital sizes.
My nurse leaders are seeking both experienced and new grad RNs to join their team.
All hospitals offer an RN Residency program for nurses hired that have less than 1 year of experience.
This program is specifically designed to help build confidence and provide additional support during this early learning period.
These roles come with sign-on bonuses and/or relocation assistance.
Note: Roles are .7-.9 FTE and are benefit-eligible (not contract or travel positions).
Units: ED, Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Step-down ICU, Trauma, OR, Med/Oncology ICU, NICU, Surgical Renal, Med-Surg / Float and more.
