Approved Print Suppliers

The University of Wyoming has established a list of approved print suppliers who have submitted a signed Agreement for Printing and Publishing Services. These suppliers are authorized to provide printing services to all University departments.

Using approved print suppliers ensures compliance with University procurement policies, promotes consistent service quality, and reduces administrative burden by streamlining the contracting process. It also helps safeguard the University by ensuring suppliers have met required standards and legal obligations.

How to Use an Approved Print Supplier

For Print Jobs Under $10,000.00:
You may use any supplier on the authorized print supplier list without the need for additional paperwork. Agreements are already on file with Procurement Services.

For Print Jobs of $10,000.00 or More:

These jobs must be competitively bid, in accordance with the University's Quote and Bid Threshold Policy. Departments must work with Procurement Services to develop and issue bid specifications.

New Suppliers:
Suppliers not on the current authorized list must complete the required agreement and submit it to Procurement Services for approval before beginning any work on qualifying print jobs.
