The Procurement Services team at the University of Wyoming administers all procurement activities in accordance with state, federal, and university regulations. They also manage the supplier database, oversee the Supplier Self-Registration process, and maintain the Procurement Card program to streamline purchases of goods and services. By partnering closely with departments and suppliers, they strive to secure the best value for every university dollar spent.

 

As the Procurement Aide, Kelsey Jo ensures that supplier and individual records in the supplier database are accurate, up to date, and compliant with all relevant regulations. She guides prospective suppliers through the online registration process and verifies documentation to maintain data integrity. On the procurement side, she can answer general questions about purchasing policies and help troubleshoot P-Card transaction issues.
