Scene Shop

Here's where you'll get hands-on training in set building and construction techniques.  We have a fully equipped shop with a dedicated shop foreman to keep things running efficiently.

Scenic Storage

New construction allowed us to take much of our scenic storage from out of the shop and under the Main Stage and re-house it in a extended corridor behind the Main Stage and Thrust Theatre.  A service elevator allows easy access to shipment drops, and the corridor width allows free movement of large set and equipment pieces.

Props Shop

The props shop provides a dedicated space for designing and building properties.  The department also houses a 3-D printer, which can be used to reconstruct historical props.

Props Storage

The department has repurposed the large room once dedicated to costume storage for props storage of items both large and small, from forks to furnishings.
