Backstage

The main dressing room suite near the Thrust Theatre and Main Stage houses several guest dressing rooms and separate facilties for male and female company members. Other dressing rooms include locker rooms with showers and restrooms near the dance studios.

Our new makeup room has significantly increased capacity for larger cast productions, and is proximal to our guest and communal dressing rooms.

A new green room serves the Thrust Theatre, and is located in the new suite of production support spaces. The original green room, adjacent to the scene shop and the Main Stage and Studio Theatre, serves those venues.

Production Support Spaces

The University of Wyoming Department of Theatre and Dance has extensive support spaces to facilitate our production season work, as well as applied coursework.

Support spaces adjacent to our performing venues and teaching laboratories include:

Men's and women's dressing rooms with lockers and hanging space;

Several guest dressing rooms;

Designated dance dressing rooms with lockers and showers near the dance studios;

Makeup rooms;

Thrust Theatre and Main Stage/ Studio Theatre green rooms; and

Fully-equipped kitchenette.
