Request transcripts from the Wyoming Community Colleges, AP Test Scores, and IB Transcripts

This page gives information on how to request an official transcript from each of the seven Wyoming Community Colleges, Advanced Placement (AP) test scores, and International Baccalaureate (IB) transcripts. If you have attended more than one institution, you will need to submit a separate transcript from each institution. 

Please be aware that unofficial transcripts may not meet the needs of your recipient; you should communicate with your recipient to ensure whether they require an official or unofficial transcript. 

Send official electronic/PDF transcripts to admissions@uwyo.edu Do not send them to yourself and then forward them.

  Unofficial Transcripts: Click here to go to the EWC home page and:

  1. Click on the “MyEWC” link at the top of the page.
  2. Login using your EWC username and Password.
  3. Click MyEWC Services link in the black ribbon.
  4. In the menu on the left side of the page, click My Grades
  5. Select the term you wish to view, scroll to the bottom, select UG-Undergraduate
  6. Click Submit

  You may need to view your grades term-by-term and take screen shots to paste them into a single Word document.

  1. Log in.
  2. Click on the Self-Service app.
  3. In Self-Service, click on Academics in the left navigation menu.
  4. Select the Unofficial Transcript link.

  When searching for the institution name, be sure to enter “Northern Wyoming Community College District.”

  Unofficial Transcripts: Click here to go to the NWCCD portal and: 

  1. Log in to your MyNWCCD account
  2. Under WebAdvisor, select "Self Service for Students and Employees"
  3. Log in again
  4. Select "Student Planning"
  5. At the top, under "Academics>Student Planning," click the drop-down arrow under Student Planning
  6. Select "Unofficial Transcript"
  7. Click "Undergraduate Transcript"
