September 30, 2016 — These are among the construction activities scheduled Oct. 2-8 at the University of Wyoming:
September 29, 2016 — A keynote address and panel discussion focused on the challenges facing the energy sector is the University of Wyoming “Earth, Wind and Water” topic Wednesday, Oct. 12, and is part of a three-day set of energy transition-focused activities on campus.

September 29, 2016 — The University of Wyoming Cultural Programs second program of the fall semester is the Repertory Dance Theatre (RDT) performing at the new Laramie High School auditorium Wednesday, Oct. 5, at 7:30 p.m.
September 29, 2016 — Three skiing and snowboarding films are part of the Gnarly Film Festival coming to the University of Wyoming Sunday, Oct. 2, and Friday, Oct. 7. UW’s student-led group, 7220 Entertainment, hosts the film festival, which is free and open to the public.

When the Jerusalem priests brought Jesus to Pilate, the first question Pilate asked was, “Are you the King of the Jews?” (Luke 23). But, the relationship of the three religions is closer than that: They claim to worship the same god. While Judaism gave that god a name, “Yahweh,” both Christianity and Islam simply refer to him as “God” -- in Arabic, Islam’s founding language, “Allah” means “The God.”
