Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Network

The federal legislation that authorizes and supports UCEDDs in every state, the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000 (DD Act), also establishes crucial statewide partnerships that comprise the Developmental Disability Network. In Wyoming, this network includes the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (UCEDD), the Wyoming Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities, and the Wyoming Protection and Advocacy System, Inc.

WIND works closely with our network partners, and by extension, with individuals with disabilities and families, independent living and provider organizations, educators, and state agencies to best support people with disabilities in Wyoming.
