Allyson grew up in Colorado but has called Wyoming her home for over ten years. She worked as direct support staff in multiple settings around Laramie before completing her bachelor’s degree in May of 2022 from the University of Wyoming in human development and family sciences with a minor in aging studies. She then graduated with her master’s degree in social work from the University of Wyoming in May of 2024. During her time in the master’s program, she was an intern at Ivinson Memorial Hospital and the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities. In her previous role at WIND, Allyson supported the ICAP project, where she conducted ICAP assessments for the state of Wyoming’s disabilities waiver.
In her current role as a Program Coordinator, Allyson supports the ECHO in education and families network.
