Colby Gull

Executive Director
Colby Gull is the both the executive director of the Wyoming School-University Partnership and the managing director of the Trustees Education Initiative at the University of Wyoming.
Before joining the university, he was superintendent of schools in both Lyman, WY and Challis, ID. Colby began his career as a special education teacher and track and cross-country coach at Cedar High School in southern Utah.
He holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Southern Utah University. Colby also holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Idaho State University. His professional interests include customized learning, rural education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Colby and his wife Marsha have been married since 2000 and are the proud parents of five children.
