Audrey was originally born in Denver, Colorado before moving to Casper, Wyoming around the age of 9. She graduated with honors from University of Colorado in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. Following her graduation, she was accepted into the postbaccalaureate Doctoral Diversity Program at Johns Hopkins. Here she spent two years working as a research assistant on the community-based Baltimore HEARS randomized clinical trial while additionally conducting her own original research. Specialties she’s considering include surgery or anesthesiology, but she is keeping an open mind. She’s committed to remaining involved in research, her interests including healthy aging and health equity. In her free time she enjoys tennis, traveling, spending time with loved ones, or lounging about with a good book.
