Shayna Bauer (E-22)

Shayna was born and raised in Thermopolis, WY. She attended Arizona State University, earning a BS in biological sciences. Her passion for medicine bloomed while working one-on-one with an internal medicine specialist during the pandemic, where she learned the ins and outs of patient care and how physicians play a critical role in the community during public health emergencies. She is currently interested in internal medicine but is excited to discover the field of medicine she is most passionate about during medical school. Outside of school, Shayna loves to spend time with her corgi outdoors and enjoys cooking and traveling to visit friends and family.
