On Clinical Rotations

Born in Lander, Wyoming, Ross grew up on a small cattle ranch in the foothills of the Wind Rivers. He has worked as a ski patroller, biomedical researcher, EMS educator, and EMT at various levels across Wyoming. He has traveled to South America for Veterinary medicine and volunteered extensively for local racing organizations, the Downtown Clinic, and Safe Project. Ross has been published in lipid metabolism, cardiopulmonary disorders, and biomechanics and has taught for UW, NOLS, and state EMS programs. In practice, he is passionate about point-of-care ultrasound, growing his clinical Spanish repertoire, and increasing the accessibility of medical care in Wyoming. Ross is drawn to internal medicine and emergency care. In his free time, he is an outdoorsman often found skiing, biking, hunting, or just wandering about with his labrador, Gertrude.
