Daniel was born in Laramie and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He earned a degree in psychology from Brigham Young University. His interest in medicine began during his time as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Santiago, Chile. While there, he developed fluency in Spanish and a passion for serving others, which led him to volunteer as a Spanish translator in a medical clinic. After graduating, Daniel worked at a psychology clinic in Cheyenne for a year, further strengthening his interest in helping people. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing sports, and listening to music. He also coaches and trains high school basketball teams in Cheyenne. Daniel looks forward to being a positive and engaged member of his future community.
