Application Process

In order to ease the process of applying to graduate school, the following forms are available for download. Most can be filled out in Acrobat Reader (from Adobe) and printed out.

The first step in your graduate studies at the University of Wyoming involves a preliminary information form. Download the form, print it out and send it to the address on the instruction page (in the file) or email to Michael A. Urynowicz.

The final step in the application process is to go to the Graduate School web page and fill out an official Graduate School application. There is a fee of $50.00 with this application. Click here for Graduate School Application Materials
