The Writing Center works with writers and instructors across campus at every stage of the writing process from brainstorming through final drafts. The center, located in Coe Library, Rm 302, is open Monday-Friday 9-4 during fall and spring semesters. It is open three hours a day during the summer sessions.
There are two ways to use the Writing Center:
1. Schedule a face-to-face appointment in the Writing Center. Typical appointments last thirty minutes. Although we accept walk-ins when possible, it is always best to schedule an appointment in advance, either by calling 766-5250 or stopping by in person.
2. Send us your paper through the Online Writing Center. If you are off-campus, you can still use the Writing Center through our online services. Click Online Writing Center and follow the two-step process to arrange an online consultation.
NOTE: The Online Writing Lab is reserved for off-campus students. If you are on campus, please call 766.5250 or stop by Coe Library, Rm 302 to make an appointment.
