The Writing Center works with writers and instructors across campus at every stage of the writing process from brainstorming through final drafts. The center, located in Coe Library, Rm 302, is open Monday-Friday 9-4 during fall and spring semesters. It is open three hours a day during the summer sessions.

You may use the Writing Center whether you are on campus or off campus.

1. If you are on campus, schedule a face-to-face appointment in the Writing Center. Typical appointments last thirty minutes. Although we accept walk-ins when possible, it is always best to schedule an appointment in advance, either by calling 766-5250 or stopping by in person.

2. If you are off campus, schedule an online consultation by following the two part process described when you click on Online Writing Center.

NOTE: Online writing consultations are reserved for off-campus students. If you are on campus, please call 766.5250 or stop by Coe Library, Rm 302 to make an appointment.
