Tim Collier, Entomology

Research interests: Plant nutrients and host selection in plant-feeding insects, including weed biological control agents, integrating biological control and herbicides for suppression of Dalmatian toadflax and Canada thistle, nutritional ecology of parasitoid wasps.


Alex Latchininsky, Entomology

Research interests: Biology and ecology of main arthropod pests of Wyoming, including rangeland, horticultural, forest, urban, and crop pests, methods of integrated pest management (IPM) in Western High Plains, remote sensing and geographic information sciences (GIS) applications in insect ecology and pest management, and more.


David Legg, Entomology

Research interests: Quantitative and systems-level skills in entomology, soil science, reclamation, and water quality, development and use of various sampling and population models.


Scott Schell, Entomology

Research interests: Rangeland grasshopper ecology and management, black grass bug ecology and management, stable isotopes to determine mosquito source habitat, development of Reduced Area Agent Treatments strategies for the control of grasshopper outbreaks.


Scott Shaw, Entomology

Research interests: Biodiversity and classification of insects, especially with respect to parasitoid wasps and aquatic insects
