The women of Kappa Kappa Gamma are a group of people not only
promoting scholastic achievement, personal integrity and mutual support; but
they are a network of women who pursue life long bonds of sisterhood. It's
evident that the women of Kappa at the University of Wyoming live by their
ideals of class, leadership, loyalty, and scholarship.
Their members are some of the most involved women on campus and in the
community. The opportunities socially and academically are endless at
Kappa.
Every year the chapter holds several social events including the annual Barn
Dance and Sapphire Ball.
The chapter’s members annually take part in Salvation Army bell ringing, Slade
Carnival, American Red Cross, St. Jude's Research Hospital, and the annual Rose
McGill Fund philanthropy. Involved in many campus organizations, the chapter
has members in ASUW Senate, Freshman Senate, varsity athletics, SPURS, Theatre
and Dance, and membership in all the academic honoraries at the University of
Wyoming.
Membership in Kappa Kappa Gamma promotes aspirations in all levels of life:
values include character development, leadership, academic enhancement, and
campus involvement; the same values they hope you will find by researching
Kappa.
