  • Confirmatory Testing

Employees and students who receive initial potentially positive test results under the Laboratory Developed Test will receive emails directing them to take confirmatory saliva-based tests -- and to shelter in place until they receive negative test results.

  • Test Exemptions

If you are unable to make a scheduled test AND are unable to reschedule an alternate time during the same week, exemptions may be available. Exemptions could include vacation, illness or other emergency situations. Testing exemptions only remove you from the test population for the dates specified.

If you require testing exemption please fill out the below from.

  • 100% Online Students

Students that are 100% online and do not intend to use any in-person campus resources (Half Acre, Union etc.) can be removed from the testing pool. 100% online students wanting to use campus resources must be a part of the testing population.

To identify as 100% remote please fill out the below form and select the appropriate responses.

  • Remote and self-isolated workers

A Decentralized Human Resources Representative (DHR) can enter you into HCM as either a remote or self-isolated worker. The below link will provide you with a list of DHR's. Find the appropriate DHR for your department and they can assist you. This will remove you from the testing population for the duration of your remote work or self-isolation.

Note: All updates to an employee’s status must be completed AND fully approved in HCM prior to 3:30 pm each Thursday to be reflected in the following week’s testing population.

  • Compliance Officers

Compliance Officers (CO) are an employee resource that serve as single point-of-contact for their Division in investigating employee issues and concerns related to testing non-compliance. They can provide assistance on filling out exemptions (e.g., on leave, terminal leave, out of state, etc.) and ensuring you are identified as being remote.
