Registration is now open for the Persuasion of Psychology Conference. The Conference is co-sponsored by the College of Law, the Center for the Study of Written Advocacy and the University of Wyoming Psychology Department.
The Psychology of Persuasion Conference is intended to be a targeted follow-up to the UNLV Psychology of Lawyering conference. The conference will explore specific areas in which the fields of psychology and lawyering intersect. Good advocates need to understand basic principles of cognitive psychology in order to craft the most persuasive arguments they can to support their client’s cause. With multiple presentations each day, and two different tracks, attorneys may earn up to 8.25 hours of CLE for the entire conference.
There is a fee only for those seeking CLE credits through the Wyoming State Bar. Payment of the $75 fee can be made online, or checks can be mailed to the College of Law.
Registration is required*
