Coming Fall of 2012!

The Bison Run Village Apartments are an exciting new on-campus living community for single, upper-class students. The townhome-style apartments are rented by the bedroom and feature shared kitchen, dining, and living room spaces with single, private bedrooms and private or semi-private bathrooms.

The apartments are fully furnished and include:

• Internet, basic cable & phone service
• Washer & dryer
• Furnished kitchen, including stove/oven & refrigerator
• Furnished private bedroom with a desk, dresser, night stand & bed
• Furnished living room with a couch, chair, end table, coffee table & tv stand/table
• Basic utilities (water, sewer, trash)
• A utility allowance for gas & electricity

The apartments are located just across the street from campus bus stops, and have free parking for residents.

Residents have the option of selecting their own apartment-mates, or being matched with others. The configuration and apartment-mate matching options make the new apartments perfect for single students:

• sophomore standing or above
• transfer and nontraditional students
• graduate, law, and pharmacy students.

• Laundry facilities
• Mail room
• On-site apartment administrative offices

Located near the east campus recreation fields and the other university apartment complexes, the new apartments complex consists of 332 beds in 84 one- two- and three-story units throughout 15 residential buildings.
