Landmark Village features two-bedroom apartments*. They are available either furnished or unfurnished (There is an additional monthly fee for furnished apartments.). All Landmark Apartments have extra storage in the bedroom and pantry area and washer and electric dryer hookups. Play equipment and sandboxes are located in each courtyard.

There are also 4 remodeled 1-bedroom Landmark apartments with study rooms. These are designed to accommodate American Disability Act requirements. These units offer expanded bedroom and kitchen areas, as well as accessible showers and baths.
