Science Posse in the News
Requests for Spring will be accepted beginning January 15, 2015.
At this point, we cannot accept requests for dates after April 30, 2015.
Science Posse Fellows are also graduate students who are taking classes, doing research or both. To accommodate this, Fellows have a quota of days they can travel or do presentations in Laramie. Once their schedules are filled up, we will stop accepting requests.

In-A-Box is a traveling resource available to teachers, presenters, group leaders, and others working with children in grades 4-8 in the state of Wyoming.
In-A-Box is designed to enhance science health curriculums. Each box comes with lesson plans, activities, posters, trade books, DVDs and hands-on materials which will help students discover aspects of scientific careers, the body, and the environment.

Let the Science Posse inspire you and your students!
Since 2006, the Science Posse's scientists, mathematicians and engineers have brought their excitement about science and their passion for outreach to students and teachers across the state. NSF granted us an extension through April 30, 2015 which will allow us continue to connect our graduate Fellows with teachers and students on a limited basis and provide a bridge as we secure funding for the next iteration of the Science Posse.
