2014 Clean Coal Research Symposium
The 2014 Clean Coal Technology Fund Research Symposium will be in held August 20-21, 2014 in Laramie.
The Clean Coal Technology Research Program was created in 2007 to stimulate research and development in the area of low-emissions and advanced coal technologies. In July 2012, the program was re-named the Advanced Conversion Technologies Research Program to reflect its broadened scope, which now includes research on conversion of other minerals into value-added products and fuels.
The School of Energy Resources hosts an annual symposium for researchers to present the results of projects funded through the Advanced Conversion/Clean Coal Technology Fund. The symposiums are free and open to the public. The next symposium will be held on August 21, 2014 in Laramie, Wyoming. Please check back for an agenda and registration.
