MSLI is an involvement opportunity for students who support diversity and want to make a difference during their time at UW. MSLI is dedicated to supporting students in their first year on campus by developing their leadership skills and building a supportive social network through mentoring. MSLI promotes an environment where students can prepare for future leadership roles in campus organizations while also enhancing their overall academic success. |

Become a Student Mentee:Student Mentees are paired with both a student mentor and a faculty/staff mentor, creating a MSLI Triad. The MSLI Triad serves to get the mentee involved in student activities, focused on academic performance, and helps integrate the mentee into campus life in a positive manner. To become a student mentee please fill out this application. Become a Student Mentor:Student Mentors are leaders on campus, who know the ropes; thus acting as a great resource for mentees. To become a student mentor please fill out this application. Become a Faculty/Staff Mentor:Faculty and Staff Mentors are a great resource for mentees because of their experience and their ability to advise mentees about possible expectations and opportunities.
