Welcome to the STOP Violence Program!

The STOP Violence office provides support and information to the University of Wyoming community regarding sexual assault, relationship violence, and stalking. 

We hope the information provided on this site will answer some of your questions. We encourage everyone to contact the STOP Violence office directly to discuss your specific situation and needs.


 We serve all racial, ethnic, religious, socioeconomic, sexual orientation, and gender and social identities, and all conversations are confidential.


If you or someone you know has been hurt, there is help available to you.

If it is an emergency, dial 9-1-1 or contact Campus Police at 307-766-5179.

You may also call the Albany County SAFE Project 24 hr Hotline at 307-745-3556.
