Electronic Band Performs for Summer Concert Series at UW
The Denver-based electronic band Tnertle will perform for the University of Wyoming Summer Programs concert series Wednesday, July 9, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at Simpson Family Plaza.
The two band members, Trent Campbell on bass and midi controllers and Kyle Ayervais on drums, developed synchronous live performances playing together since junior high school.
Tnertle was formed in 2012 out of the inspiration to create original music and to make people dance,” according to the band’s website. “At a live show, you’re going to feel the 15 years of chemistry between Trent and Kyle, and hear original music that spans a multitude of genres from reggae, world, funk and lots of in between.”
