UWs IMPACT 307 to Host Lunch and Learn Series Webinar Nov. 17

IMPACT 307, a University of Wyoming program, will host “Important Legal Documents Every Entrepreneur Should Know,” a new “Lunch and Learn” series webinar event, Wednesday, Nov. 17, from noon-1 p.m.

Young will share his expertise and introduce attendees to the 10 most important legal documents every startup founder should know. Attendees will learn how these instruments are used within the startup community to provide a foundational understanding of business contracts and legal instruments. The presentation will be followed by a live question-and-answer session with Young.

Young has more than 20 years’ experience as a founder, adviser and executive leader working with companies ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded global corporations. His background includes corporate governance, taxation and management. Young received his law degree from the University of Idaho.

The IMPACT 307 Lunch and Learn series is designed to introduce new and existing entrepreneurs to a wide range of business topics. These hourlong educational sessions are held once a month and presented via Zoom.
